Congratulations to the winners of the All-Ukraine Photo and Video Contest of the national project Safe Country!

On November 12, 2019, in Kiev, the solemn awarding of the young winners of the All-Ukraine Road Safety and Bullying Competition took place, initiated and announced in May this year by the International Charitable Foundation «Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents» in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Information Policy in the framework of the national Safe Country project.

 

The grand opening of the event was attended by members of the jury and guests of honor – People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 7th convocation Ihor Didenko, Specialist of the Department of State and Public Administration of Education of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine Oksana Dyatlenko, Acting Head of the State Transport Service of Ukraine Vyacheslav Didkivskyi and Roman Derkach, Deputy Chief Doctor of the State Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. They appreciated the idea of ​​such a competition in Ukraine and the efforts of the organizers, and sincerely congratulated all the finalists on the deserved victory.

 

As we have reported, from May to October, the organizers of the competition received more than a thousand works, sponsored by students, pupils of pre-school and extra-curricular educational institutions, students from all over Ukraine. It was gratifying to note such indifference of young people to the extremely important social problems of child traffic injuries and bullying (bullying) in educational institutions. The winners were selected by the results of the expert jury’s vote, taking into account the conditions of the competition and the requirements for the competition works, as well as the results of open independent online voting.

 

Also this year, Eurocar, the official distributor of ŠKODA cars in Ukraine, was selected individually by its own three winners in the nomination «Best video work on road safety».

 

So, according to the results of the All-Ukraine competition of photo and video works among children and youth within the framework of the national project «Safe country», the following places of honor were awarded:

IN THE NOMINATION «YOUTH FOR ROAD SAFETY» (PHOTOS)

1-st place – «Be careful and remove the headphones» by Mironyuk Angelina, 12 years old, Zhytomyr

2-nd place – «Virtual World» – authors Khodarchenko Nikita, 14 years old, Chichkan Alina, 15 years old, Chernihiv region, Kozelets district, Desna village, Desnyanskiy out-of-school educational institution «Center for Creativity of Children and Youth»

3-d place – «Pedestrian is always right, but not always alive» – ​​authors Sheshenya Gleb, 17 years old, Sidorenko Konstantin, 16 years old, Kaplunovsky Yaroslav, 17 years old, Kherson city, Kherson multidisciplinary gymnasium №20 in the honor of Boris Lavrenev.

Winner of the open independent online voting, prize-winner of viewers’ sympathies – art-warning «For a step to safety» – collective work of students of Koryukivka gymnasium number 1 in Chernihiv region

1-st place – «Be careful» – by Pastuh Diana, 16, Ternopil city, Ternopil Lyceum №21 in the honor of Ihor Ghereta Secondary School

2-nd place – «Do not disturb the driver» – author Struc Vladislav, 21, Kyiv, State Technical University «KTEK» NTU

3-d place – «Children against the violators of traffic rules» – author Medvid Victoria, 10 years, Zaporizhzhya, Zaporizhzhya gymnasium №6

Winner of Open Independent Online Voting (7,000 votes) – «Always care about safety, remember everything» – teamwork of students of Izium Secondary School number 5, Kharkiv region

The International Charitable Foundation also noted the work «Life is the Road» by Andriy Petrenko, Dnipropetrovsk Region, Kryvyi Rih, KNVK №35 «Impulse» as a special nomination

Also this year, Eurocar, the official distributor of ŠKODA cars in Ukraine, was selected individually by its own three winners in the nomination «Best video work on road safety».  According to their version, the work «Flickers», authors Zaitsev Sofia, Terzian Danylo (Donetsk region, specialized school № 40 named after E.M.Misk) took the first place;  Second place – «Be careful» – author Pastuh Diana, 16 years old (Ternopil city, Ternopil lyceum №21 – Igor Ghereta secondary school);  Third place – «Do not disturb the driver» – author Struc Vladislav, 21, Kyiv, State Technical University «KTEK» NTU.

The winner of the independent open online voting: «What is loneliness for you?» by Olexandra Legka, 9 years old, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kriviy Rig, Kriviy Rig Secondary School №19

IN THE NOMINATION «RESPONSE TO BULLING IN EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS» (VIDEO)

1-st place – «Together we are stronger», the collective work of students of Vyshneve secondary school №4, Vyshneve, Kyiv region

2-nd place – «Share the Good», by Bondar Varvara, 13, Chernivtsi Region, Novodnistrovsk

3-d place – «Bulling – no!», author Loboda Evangelina, 8 years, Kharkiv region, Izium, secondary school №12

Video work – winner of the independent online voting: «Together we are strength», the collective work of students of the Vyshnivsky secondary school I-III centuries. №4, Vyshneve, Kyiv region (more than 9 thousand votes).

The International Charitable Foundation also noted as a special nomination in this topic the work of #Stopbuling Yuri Abdulayev, 15, Chernivtsi Higher Professional School of Radio Electronics.
All the winners of the competition were awarded certificates, valuable prizes and gifts. Representatives of the organizing committee and members of the jury took part in the awarding ceremony: Yuriy Chornyi – President of ICF «Assistance to victims due to road accident», Volodymyr Shevchenko – General Director of MTIBU, Oksana Dyatlenko – Specialist of the Department of Public and Public Administration of Education of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, Larysa Zub – the head of prevention of management of preventive activity of the National police of Ukraine, Sergey Alexandrov – the head of the expert group on safety of transportation of dangerous goods of the Directorate for Security Transport Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Natalia Oliynyk – State Expert, Directorate Transportation Safety Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vyacheslav Didkivskyy – Acting Head of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety, Serhiy Kokot – Director of the AsMAP Ukraine Training and Consulting Center, Olga Voityuk – representative of Shaney-Ukraine LLC, Olena Len – advertising specialist of Eurocar, official distributor of ŠKODA cars in Ukraine, Olena Nikishova and Maxim Shostak – representatives of 3M Ukraine, Alina Revutskaya – marketing manager of Nokian Tires in Ukraine, Victor Romanov – development director of QUINTO PLUS. They all thanked the winners, their leaders and parents for their worthy work, creativity and extraordinary position in promoting road safety for children, fostering respect and tolerance in children’s teams. They also expressed unanimous support for the further development and holding of this competition in Ukraine as one of the components of the national project «Safe Country».

The real thematic gift for the participants and guests of the event were the enchanting performances of the staff of the Berezovsky Higher Professional College of the Odessa National Polytechnic University, who presented to the audience a collection of clothing with the use of reflective elements «Do not be a deer on the road», as well as school performances16. which came out with the pantomime «Against Bulling.»

The most unexpected and enjoyable gift for the youth was the greetings from Ukrainian comedian, television actor and showman Yuri Tkach, who personally attended the awards ceremony, congratulated the participants of the event and expressed support for the implementation of similar creative initiatives in Ukraine.

The International Charity Fund «Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents» once again congratulates the winners of this year’s All-Ukrainian Photo and Video Competition and wishes them inspiration, success and further victories. He also expresses his gratitude to everyone who has sent work, joined the organization and holding of the competition.
