21 SEPTEMBER – INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE

The International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21 September. Nowadays, the issue of peace is of particular importance for our country.

This word today unites the desire of millions of people, who have found themselves in different parts of the world, because of the war, but continue to work on different fronts for the soonest Victory of our country.

 

The International Charitable Foundation «Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents» continues its activities step by step for the future of our country. Today we are working on the implementation of projects and events on promotion traffic rules, wearing reflective elements in the dark and safe behavior on the roads among the public.

 

Thus, within the framework of a large-scale national project “Safe Country” we continue to conduct road safety lessons in educational institutions, thematic educational events, workshops on premedical care for children and youth.

 

Traditionally, this year the International Charitable Foundation «Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents» jointly with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, with participation of the Department of the Patrol Police of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Transport and Infrastructure, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, other ministries and business structures holds in Ukraine All-Ukraine youth photo and video works competition “Safe Country”.

 

Youth can join to the 5th Anniversary competition, by sending their own photo and video works to the organizers until October 21.

 

The winners will be awarded with valuable prizes in November and their works will become the basis for the formation of social advertising in the Ukrainian media.

 

We are doing everything to improve the safety situation on the roads and to teach our citizens simple rules of premedical care that save lives.

 

We believe that very soon we will surely wake up in a peaceful country!
