27 years ago, the Ukrainian people forever imprinted their will to live in their own sovereign and united state by adopting the Basic Law of Ukraine.

The adoption of the Constitution meant the fundamental consolidation of our independence, where the main values are a person, his or her life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security.

Unfortunately, our country has faced an attack on sovereignty, democratic values and disregard for the right to security and peaceful life. Today, we are forced to defend our independence and Constitution in arms.

We are confident that thanks to our unity, willingness to assist, we will definitely defeat the enemy and continue to build our democratic society.

We wish all of us soonest Victory, prosperity and well-being, and also speedy reconstruction and flourishing of our country!
