As head of the MTIBU Directorate, Volodymyr Shevchenko has made a significant contribution to the development of the OTSPV market and digitalization in the field of motor insurance. Due to this, the number of civil insurance contracts for car owners increased by 1.2 million (from 6.8 million to 8 million). The victims were paid almost UAH 9 billion in insurance indemnities.
