The admission of works to the All-Ukrainian competition of social photo and video works of the national project “Safe Country” is completed.  From now on, work on their analysis and evaluation is started by an expert jury, which will include members of the organizing committee – ICF “Assistance to victims of accidents” and the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as representatives of SE “Ukrainian Research Institute of Transport Medicine, MoH  Bureau of Ukraine, Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, State Transport Service of Ukraine, National Police of Ukraine, Patrol and Juvenile Police Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine  ayiny, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, NFP “AsMAP” companies “Quint-Plus” Ukraine Shine “,” Eurocar “,” Rud “, representatives of the expert community and professional media environment.

Contest organizers and members of the jury are grateful to everyone who sent the work for their creativity, creativity and indifference to such important social topics as road billing and road safety.  Understanding these issues and striving to solve them is especially valuable, so every job is undoubtedly commendable.

Attention of participants!  The jury will evaluate the work in the first place, taking into account the conditions of the competition and the requirements for the competition works specified in the Contest Regulations.  Therefore, works performed or submitted in violation of the requirements (timing, without supporting information or statement of the participant) will be evaluated out of competition – only in an independent online vote, the winners of which will receive only prizes of audience sympathy.

The main criteria for determining the quality and prize potential of competitive works, which meet the requirements according to the Regulations, are:

• compliance with the purpose and objectives of the competition;
• maximum disclosure of the subject of the competition;
• video and photo quality, level of artistic performance;
• originality and skill of work;
• individuality and creativity;
• compliance with the motto of the story-composition content of the work.

The winners of the best photo and video works with first, second and third place will be selected in the following nominations:

• “The best photographic work on the topic of counteraction to bullying (harassment) in educational institutions”;
• “The best video work on the topic of counteraction to bullying (harassment) in educational institutions”;
• “Best Photo Work on” Youth for Road Safety”;
• “The best video on” Youth for Road Safety “.

The authors of the best photo and video works, according to the jury, will be honored with certificates and valuable gifts.  And most importantly, their work has a chance to hit the television airwaves as social advertising to counter child bullying and road traffic injuries.

Also, we will remind that Eurocar, the official supplier of ŠKODA cars in Ukraine, will choose its own three winners in the nomination “Best video work on road safety”.  They have already prepared incredibly cool gifts for their favorites.

The nomination “Winner of Independent Online Voting”, which will be selected based on the results of the highest number of likes collected for his work during the voting period – from 21 to 27 October 2019, is also highlighted separately.  Therefore, everyone has the time to support those who they believe are worthy of victory.  It is possible to do it, on our site in the Contest section.  The winners of the independent online voting will be honored with spectators’ sympathies.

The results of the competition and the awarding ceremony will be held on November 12, 2019 in Kyiv within the framework of the Road Safety Week.
