Educational event-training on life safety for children within the national project “Safe Country” will be held on May 18, from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. at the National specialized children’s hospital “Ohmatdyt” (Kyiv, V. Chornovola St, 28/1).
Organizers of the event: ICF “Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents” and State institution “Superheroes School” of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine involving Patrol Police of Ukraine and State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The aim – to promote safe rules of life, in particular the ability to provide premedical care to victims in emergency conditions and road accidents and to learn the rules of safe behaviour on the road, the use of reflective elements in the dark; compliance with the rules of behaviour in emergency situations, including mine and fire safety; development of socially active responsible youth.
The instructors of the Foundation together with the police and rescuers will conduct an educational event-training for children from the educational centre state institution “Superheroes School”, who are undergoing treatment or rehabilitation at the National specialized children’s hospital “Ohmatdyt”.

The International Charitable Foundation “Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents” has been working in the field of road safety in Ukraine. The main aim of Foundation is to organize various projects and events to promote the importance of observing traffic rules and safe behaviour on the roads among the public and also assistance to victims of road accidents.
The Foundation is involved in the implementation of state policy and implements its own projects to improve road safety. It co-organises nationwide Road Safety Weeks.

State institution “Superheroes School”
Superheroes School is a network of educational centers in hospitals. The School’s main objective is to provide educational services offline for children who undergoing treatment or rehabilitation in health care institutions, including children affected by military action, were injured or became victims of physical, sexual or psychological violence, children with serious illnesses, including cancer, or in need of long-term rehabilitation (including mental illness and disorders of behaviour etc.)
As of May 2023, the state institution “Superheroes School” operates 11 educational centers at children’s hospitals in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv and Boiarka (Kyiv region).
