THE EXPERT JURY OF THE 6TH ALL-UKRAINIAN COMPETITION “SAFE COUNTRY” HAS STARTED EVALUATIONG WORKS

An expert jury has started to evaluate the photo and video works of the All-Ukrainian “Safe Country” competition. The jury included the representatives from a number of governmental and non-governmental structures – partners of the national project “Safe Country”.

The jury of the 6th All-Ukrainian photo and video works competition included the representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Transport and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the Department of Patrol Police of Ukraine, the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and State Enterprise “Ukrainian Research Institute of Transport Medicine” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

 

The jury will evaluate the works taking into account compliance with the conditions of the competition and the requirements for competitive works, set in the Regulations of the Competition.

The main criteria for determining the quality and prize potential of the competitive works that meet the requirements are:

  • compliance with the aim and the objectives of the competition;
  • maximum disclosure of the competition topics;
  • video and photo quality;
  • level of artistic performance;
  • originality and mastery of the work;
  • individuality and creativity;
  • correspondence of the title with the plot and compositional content of the work.

 

This year, the winners of the best photo and video works with first, second and third places will be selected in the following nominations:

  • Youth for road safety;
  • Life safety: we know and act;
  • My safe country: the future (free interpretation of your own vision of country’s security and its future – only 1st place, Special prize.

 

 

 

As every year, a separate nomination is “The Winner of Independent Online Voting”, which are the works that will receive the most preferences of the viewers on each above-mentioned topics during the voting period – from October 16 to 22, 2023. We want to remind, that the results of online voting may coincide with the jury’s conclusions, but do not affect their decision on the winners.

 

The results of the competition and awarding will be announced online within the Road Safety Week in Ukraine.

The results of the All-Ukraine photo and video works competition «Safe Country» will be announced remotely during the Road Safety Week, which will be held in Ukraine on November 13-19, 2023.

 

The online broadcast of the event will be available on the Youtube channel «Безпечна країна» (“Bezpechna kraina”). The date and time of the broadcast will be announced later.
