The International Charitable Foundation “Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents” together with the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Research Institute of Transport Medicine” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine sincerely thank all ministries, departments, structures, local authorities, the public and the media, organizations and enterprises, as well as ordinary citizens who joined the All-Ukraine Road Safety Week on November 9-15, 2020.

Due to quarantine, most of the activities of the Week were held remotely. However, we managed to convey a lot of important and relevant information to experts online in the framework of the II International Congress on Transport Safety, as well as during the XV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Transport Security: Legal and Organizational Aspects”; to collect more than 1000 liters of blood and its components during the week for the treatment of road accident victims at the expense of the annual charity donation campaign “Give blood to save lives”; involve more than 20,000 educational institutions across the country in the Unified National Online Road Safety Lesson and other road safety activities; to carry out extensive explanatory work among drivers and pedestrians on strict observance of traffic rules.

We would like to express special gratitude to the participants of the III All-Ukraine photo and video competition of the national project “Safe Country”, which took place during May-November this year and summed up during the Week, to all co-organizers and partners who supported the competition and helped prepare gifts for the winners: Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine together with the International Fund “Lumos”, LLC “Eurocar”, LLC “SHINE-Ukraine”, the company “BIKO” and others.
