More than 3.5 thousand people died in road accidents in Ukraine in 2020
According to the patrol police of Ukraine, a total of 168,107 road accidents occurred in Ukraine in 2020, in which 3,541 people died and 31,974 were injured. Among the dead were 1,198 pedestrians and 235 cyclists.
Unfortunately, about 4.5 thousand accidents a year occurred involving children. 168 children under the age of 18 died, 3,957 were injured.

- exceeding the safe and set speed;
- violation of maneuvering rules;
- violation of traffic rules at crossovers;
- violation of the rules of pedestrian crossings;
- non-compliance with the distance.
