Winners of the All-Ukraine competition of photo and video works of the national project “Safe Country” 2020 to be announced on November 11

Dear participants of the All-Ukraine competition of photo and video works of the national project “Safe Country” 2020! This year’s competition is coming to the end, and among more than a thousand works, the evaluations of the jury members and your vote have finally selected the ones we have to recognize as winners.

This decision was given to us extremely difficult, because many works are good, with the right messages. We truly thank all those who submitted works for your indifference, creativity, effort and perseverance.

Unfortunately, this year we will not be able to gather for the award ceremony in the traditional holiday hall, shake hands with the winners, hug and have fun. Quarantine has made adjustments in our lives, and the winners will be announced online.

The broadcast will take place on November 11, 2020 on our Youtube channel “Safe Country” http://www.youtube.com/c/Безпечнакраїна

We also call on the media and everyone to watch the broadcast!

The All-Ukraine youth photo and video competition of the national project “Safe Country” was initiated by the International Charitable Foundation “Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents” in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine for the 3-d year in a row.

This year the themes of the competition to promote safe behavior in society were:
  • Youth for road safety (photo and video work);
  • Countering bullying in educational institutions (photo and video works);
  • Inclusion in educational institutions (video works);
  • Studio work (video works on other aspects of life safety: attitude to the environment, behavior skills in emergencies, etc.).
An expert jury, which included representatives of more than 20 state and non-state structures, partners of the national project “Safe Country”, in particular, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Health, The State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety, the National Police, the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau, the Association of International Carriers, Eurocar LLC, Shine-Ukraine LLC, BIKO, members of public communities and the media worked on determining the best photos and videos.

Everyone could vote online on the Foundation’s website for the best work from their point of view. Those who received the most votes in each of the nominations will also be awarded.
