On October 19, 2020, an authorized expert jury of more than 20 representatives from governmental and non-governmental organizations – partners of the national project “Safe Country” started working on the all-Ukraine competition of social photo and video works within the national project “Safe Country”. Among them are specialists from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine, the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, the Association of International Carriers of Ukraine, Eurocar LLC, LLC Shaini-Ukraine, QUINTO-PLUS LLC and others, members of public communities and mass media.

Attention! The jury will evaluate the works primarily taking into account compliance with the terms and requirements for the competition works, defined by the Regulations  of the competition. Therefore, works performed or submitted in violation of the requirements (timing, without accompanying information or statement of the participant) will be evaluated only in an independent online voting,, the winners of which will receive only prizes of audience sympathy.

The main criteria for determining the quality and prize of competitive works:

• compliance with the purpose and objectives of the competition;
• maximum disclosure of the competition topic;
• video and photo quality;
• level of artistic performance;
• originality and skill of work;
• individuality and creativity;
• compliance of the motto with the plot-compositional content of the work.

This year, the winners of the best photo and video works with the first, second and third places will be selected in the following nominations::

1. The best photo work on the topic “Youth for road safety”;
2. The best video work on the topic “Youth for road safety”;
3. The best photo work on the topic of combating bullying (harassment) in educational institutions;
4. The best video work on the topic of combating bullying (harassment) in educational institutions;
5. The best video work on the topic “Inclusion in educational institutions” (separate special nomination from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine);
6. The best studio video work.

A separate nomination is “Winner of Independent Online Voting” ‒ works that will gather the most audience preferences on each of the above topics during the voting period from 19 to 30 October 2020.
