All-Ukrainian photo and video works competition «Safe Country» is traditionally held, already for the fifth time, by the International Charitable Foundation “Assistance to Victims of Road Accidents” jointly with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine. Every year thousands of pupils and students take part in the competition.
