The all-Ukraine competition of video works on popularization of reflective elements “Be noticeable on the road”
This spring, the International Charitable Foundation “Assistance to Victims of Road Accident” in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science within the framework of the national project Safe Country launches among students a new competition of social videos to promote wearing reflective elements.
Since November last year, the Government has introduced a new requirement for the mandatory use of reflective elements when staying / moving on the streets and roads in the dark. The purpose of our competition is to draw the attention of road users ‒ pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, owners of personal electric vehicles, children and young people to the importance of using reflective elements for road safety.
Attention!
Video works of collective authorship are only accepted for the competition: classes or groups of students of secondary schools and students of vocational schools. Duration is 30-45 seconds (up to 1 min.), MP4..
The videos should demonstrate a positive example of the use of reflective elements ‒ vests, belts, bracelets, key chains, ribbons, etc. on clothing or vehicles ‒ bicycles, rollers, skates, personal electric vehicles, strollers, etc.; drawing public attention to the importance of using reflective elements for road safety; using calls to wear reflective elements.
Video works of direct advertising nature are not allowed to participate in the competition; plagiarism; works containing images of individuals used without a permit; works that contain links to a specific product or manufacturer, to the advertiser, to the objects of intellectual property rights, to business entities. It is forbidden to offer to participate in the competition works, copyright and / or related rights to which do not belong to the team of participants. Music and video by other copyrighted authors may be used for up to 10 seconds in the video work. The title of the video work should clearly reflect its essence.
The competition lasts from March to April 2021 with the summing up and awarding of winners in May 2021 during the Road Safety Week in Ukraine.
Video bots are uploaded to the contest platform yourself. You can do this on our website in the Competition section. e sure to read the Regulations of the competition in advance! Deadlines for submission (loading) of works ‒ from March 15 to April 25, 2021.

The winning teams (I, II, III places) will receive honorary diplomas and many gifts. The best videos can be used for social advertising on television and on the Internet.
